This really old tool will also perform a few DNS lookups to see if DNS may cause SSH connection delays.

As a reminder, committers employed by Strategic Member companies can have their subnets whitelisted to prevent blocks, provided the organization owns the actual subnet.  Contact me directly if you're unsure.
