Yes, you can fix about.html files, etc.,
for RC1 (there is no RC0 ... though used to be and I still hear some old-timers
use the term). 

So, yes, you can do for RC1, but are
you saying your whole plugin/feature is missing from "staging",
if so, that's something else. Something much worse.

Hey, 

yesterday I noticed that one of our plugins didn't have
an "about.html" file and it didn't have "Eclipse.org"
as a vendor name. Is this why it didn't get promoted to here?
I applied and committed the necessary changes but I still need to ssh to
build.eclipse.org
to upload the new version of the plugin but I can't because the connection
times out every time. I understand
that i can still do that before RC0. Is that correct?

I've disabled the aggregation job, for now, to help avoid confusion. 

Test well ... we are beginning "rampdown" now as we go through
the RCs.
