[cross-project-issues-dev] Kepler M5 common repo is available

I have "flipped the switch" to
make Kepler M5 available at 

http://download.eclipse.org/releases/kepler/
       

It now joins M4 there in a composite
repo (to help test composite repositories). 

I am not sure of EPP plans, but suspect
the sites and packages will be made available today or Monday. 

Remember that "eclipse.org"
will be offline this weekend ... so you might want to wait until Monday
before making updates.
