A couple of years ago, I retired the project_summary.php pages and set up a redirect to the new project.php pages. That redirect seems to be failing. I'll check with Webmaster to see why the redirect is being ignored.

In the meantime, I've updated every reference to project_summary.php that I can find, so the listofprojects.php page should work properly now.
