Hi,

Could this be because of maven-javadoc-plugin? See http://git.eclipse.org/c/gmf-tooling/org.eclipse.gmf-tooling.git/tree/pom.xml line 177 for details about its configuration.
You should ask for a clone of this job as a sandbox if you wish to make more experiments. Then you could try running the same job disable the "javadoc" profile and see whether things are better.
