Here's the bug for this request

Delta pack for Eclipse 4.1

This problem will be resolved when we
switch the primary Eclipse project build to be 4.2 instead of 3.8.  Today
we build 3.8, then the 4.2 build consumes these bundles and adds the 4.2
bundles.  We'll switch this soon so that 4.2 is built first and will
include many of the zips that are not included today, including the delta
pack.

I'm trying to build out code for eclipse 4.2.  In
our build system I use the delta packs to build mac, win and linux versions
of the code on a linux machine.  I can't seem to find the delta packs.
I looked but I can't seem to find them.  Does any one know where they
are?
