[cross-project-issues-dev] SSH shell protection part III

This again?

As I mentioned last week[1], our SSH Auth Bot has been keeping a close eye on how you've been using the shell on build.eclipse.org.  Effective Monday morning, the auth bot will be put in protective mode, meaning a successful login to build.eclipse.org from an unknown IP network will result in a block until you respond to the email notification.

As a reminder, once a committer trusts a network it becomes trusted by all.

Our hope is that this mechanism will offer us effective protection against private key (and even password) theft, thus allowing David Williams to carelessly enjoy those margaritas in the Bahamas  :)
