[cross-project-issues-dev] Juno M2 aggregation -- we're cooking now

Thanks to everyone to help us get through
a "warm up" build, just in time for the M2 window next week.


I have promoted what we have to .../releases/staging
just to have something fresh there to continue warming up. 

The following files still contain disabled
features or repositories. Some of these were disabled in M1 as well ...
I hope they can rejoin soon.

Next problem ... everyone knows 'carbon'
is no longer, a supported platform in Juno, right? 

The "epp package build" is
now failing with some message related to carbon ... and may well be unrelated
to any project specific contribution ... but ... just in case ... if anyone
has bundles or constraints about "carbon", you may need to adjust.
