[cross-project-issues-dev] aggregation builds have been turned off

I wish I could say we were done, but  at
last report, there were still some issues that are probably show stoppers
...

But, I've turned off the automatic aggregation
builds. Time to slow down. 

We'll wait to hear from projects that
have remaining problems and see what their plans and outlooks are. Maybe
we'll schedule one or two more builds on Thursday, if teams need it to
fix a blocking problem. So, please, make sure your builds/repros continue
to function if we do have to rebuild, and also please do not "sneak
in" fixes/changes .... notify us if blocking problems.
