Thanks to Konstantin and Paul's great suggestion, I have a solution to the aggregator issue tested, deployed and the amp.b3 link updated. (I felt bad spamming the list, but hopefully this communication is helpful for others as well.)

The new simrel did reveal a few remaining issues that were missed in prior fixes prob. because of my git issues; four missing four part qualifiers and a couple of about.htmls.. it's building, and then I have to manually mirror repos.  ETA ~20 minutes, 8:50 Eastern
