No mini-deck required. We actually dropped that idea last year in
favour of a paragraph. That had mixed results and so, I decided to
drop the requirement for this year.
Only those projects for which I receive a PMC-approved deck and
approved IP Log will participate in the June 2-8 review. I'll plan
on scheduling a follow-up review on June 9-15 for the stragglers.
Note that I do not intend to hold a call. If there are any comments
or concerns, raise them now on this forum. When I call the actual
review, I'll create a thread on the eclipse.proposals forum;
comments and concerns can also be raised (and addressed) there.
Note also, that reviews cannot be declared successful for projects
with missing legal files; please see Bug 347239 [1].
Thanks,
Wayne

In the past releases I remember being asked to provide two
versions of the review documentation. 1) the full review

I don't remember being asked for a mini-deck this year. Wayne,
are you still expecting a mini-deck?

Wayne Beaton ---05/30/2011 11:29:29 AM---Hey folks.
Hey folks.
Just a friendly reminder that the PMC-reviewed review materials
are due
on Wednesday. The review itself runs from Thursday (June 2) to
Wednesday
(June 8). Unfortunately, there's no wiggle room here.
