We've recently begun using a network monitoring tool (Cacti) that allows us to easily export usage and health, load and usage trends.  These graphs are updated every five minutes:

These graphs show load average and disk space usage for all the build and Hudson servers.  Clicking on any graph will show daily, weekly, monthly and yearly trends. The purpose of these graphs is to allow you (and us) to rapidly assess the health of the Eclipse build infrastructure at any given time, and to analyze load trends to better schedule builds.
