Re: [cross-project-issues-dev] Offsets

The file should contain a single paragraph. When I extract the value, I
find the first paragraph. Your file contains two paragraphs: the first
is the name of the project, which is what we're seeing.

A few others have done something similar. Let me see if I can make this
work automagically.
