emft-ecoretools.build is indeed still commented out in the helios.build
file.

Unless someone can diagnosis and
fix
quickly, we'll have to go without ecoretools in common rc4 repo.
(Markus tells me he "hacked"
the modeling package build to include it from a non-staging url).
So ... apologies (for not checking

and for not knowing what's wrong).
The build machine is not very busy today .... that must mean people are
finished with this release :)
