Re: [cross-project-issues-dev] PMC's Executive Summary for Release Tracker

Definitely nothing elaborate.

The intent of this requirement was to organize the release materials by Top Level Project, by extending
the normal process and requirements and reusing materials already available when possible.

But this has gotten lost along the way, somehow, and I don't think it can be sorted out at this late date, or at
least not fair to ask for a lot of churn today, the final day to submit materials.

So, if your PMC has not provided such an Executive Summary, then I'd suggest you (individual projects)
provide your own "executive summary" and simply use the same "short description" that Anne has requested.
If its short enough, just past in the field. If a little longer, just whip up something (very short) on the wiki, again
just reusing what you send to Anne.

We'll improve on this next year.

Thanks,

Subject: [cross-project-issues-dev] PMC's Executive Summary for Release        Tracker
Sent by: cross-project-issues-dev-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxx

Hi,

I'm not sure what to put in the section "URL to PMC's Executive Summary"
in the Simultaneous Release Tracker. Is the PMC's +1 for our release
docuware [1] sufficient or is a more elaborate approval required from
the PMC?

Thanks in advance,
Ralf
