The reason seems to be that the rap runtime RC1 *includes* the same OSGi
version as platform RC1. Now that platform RC2 has a new OSGi version,
the two cannot be merged. If this turns out to be a problem, I wonder
why it doesn't happen before RC1.

I think +2 makes sense for RAP as it allows us to test against the
latest platform. However, to solve the current problem, we could
contribute our RC2 earlier this time to solve the problem.

I guess the proper solution would be not to include, but to reference
the platform projects in the rap runtime feature, is this right?
