Dave Carver recommended I join YAML and let the powers that be know
the status of the jetty releases for helios..

we are now publishing a nightly jetty update site to the following location:

http://download.eclipse.org/jetty/nightly/jetty7/

however, it is apparently tossing out some checksum issues on
installation that I am chasing down now.

I ended up writing a maven plugin that pretty much exclusively works
on the hudson instance though in the process, I based it on the athena
common builder ant scripts so it does the sign and pack processes,
then moves to the correct location above..

Anyway, once the checksum issue is ironed out we should be in pretty
good shape thanks in large part to some great help from hugues and
dave.
