In an attempt to improve the way we track the state of our mirrors, I will be introducing a new directory called "ztime" in many locations throughout the downloads area. This directory (and its contents) will complement the current TIME files that you may currently see.

The complete details are on bug 291039, but in essence, these files will help us accurately determine when a mirror last started a sync, finished a sync or if a sync is in progress.
