Ok, now even I think the infrastructure issue is serious ... since it now 
interferes with "my" Helios builds :) 

It appears this morning, requests even from within eclipse.org are getting 
redirected to a sight that does not really have the files (yet) so it 
causes massive and cascading build failures. 

I half expect this to correct itself after a few hours, but since its been 
a few hours already, I've opened bug 290899.

Do what you can to make sure your content is ready and updated as we'll 
still try to "declare" repo by Thursday EOD, as scheduled. If there are no 
issues besides this one, I think that'll still be possible.
