I have been trying to set up a development environment for 3.6M2 in my
IDE since friday without much luck. I haven't been able to use the
Eclipse 3.6milestones, nor can I download from the P2 Orbit repository.
Either I get access denied errors from the cloudfront server or socket
timeouts from download.eclipse.org.
Same performance issues here. Workaround is to collect the update site
into a zip, and use it offline.
