[cross-project-issues-dev] Helios M1 Declared Done

Sorry to be running a bit late, but today I was able to get a "clean" 
build of Helios M1 contributions, with everything added back in, except 

dsdp-mtj.build
riena.build
pdt.build (failed due to last minute change by DLTK)

I've promoted everything to staging, and even /releases/helios
but its all totally untested. 

At this point, I think best to declare success with what ever we have 
... first time we've ever done a simultaneous M1! ...
and get started on the next one. :) 

Especially those projects that did not build/validate for M1, feel free to 
contribute at any time, if you'd like to verify you are "up to date" (even 
if there will be more changes by M2).

P.S. This is all for the common discovery site. Last I saw, the Helios EPP 
packages were not building yet ... I assume Markus will keep us all up to 
date when he's ready.
