Generating Helios .build files (was Re: [cross-project-issues-dev] Be su

For those moved/moving to Athena, this requirement will be addressed 
soon as part of the new generic promote.xml script, most likely by 
adding a new property to the accompanying promote.properties file.

For those not moving to Athena from Modeling, I'm willing to put in a 
bit of code in the promoteToEclipse.sh script and the promo-common.php 
UI so that the Helios .build files in the new repo can also be generated 
as were the Galileo ones. Or, someone can throw me a patch and speed up 
the process.

David, has the format of these .build files changed since Galileo, or is 
it just the path in CVS that's different?
