I've completed a mirror-check

-> EPP: 73 total, 6 bad and SDK: 78 total, 6 bad.

-> Torrents are fully seeded, with over 170 people (!!) seeding the
jee 
win32 package.

-> Many Member distros appear online

p2 team/ Kim: how does it look? Unless anything major happens, Nathan 
and I will be flip the switch on time, at 9:00am ET.
