We've added Xpand and TMF Xtext again.

Just in case anybody had similar problems:
For some unknown reason the generated P2 updatesite states a
dependency to
commons.logging 1.1.1, although *nowhere* neither in the
corresponding feature.xml nor plugin.xmls such a version range is set.
We'd set the version range first but changed it back after the build
broke the first time.
