[cross-project-issues-dev] Why do I see www.topcased.org in my update ma

Hi,
Lately when I go into the new p2 update manager, I see the site 
"www.topcased.org" listed as one of the available update sites. I'm sure 
I didn't add that and it is a bit problematic because the update manager 
attempts to access this update site and hangs there for a long time 
until it concludes that there is no repository (and I can't find a 
button to remove it).

Has anyone else seen this or know where this entry might stem from?
