[cross-project-issues-dev] Target Management ready for Europa M4 butI can't contribute them

Hi, all,
The Target Management components are ready for Europa M4, but I can't
contribute them as I don't have commit rights on the
org.eclipse.europa.tools module. I have raised the following bug
requesting this access and attached my Europa contribution as a patch:

In the mean-time, any volunteer to apply my patch will be much
appreciated!
I could not test my contribution against the exact delivery of CDT
4.0m4,
since the Europa Staging Site is not yet available, but I'm confident
that
this contribution shouldn't break anything since dependencies are on
official APIs only.
I created a new category "Remote Access and Device Development" for my
contribution.
