[cross-project-issues-dev] EMF not ready for RC5

Hi team,

In EMF-land, we've been trying to do
a build with the plug-in dependency version ranges inserted, as I said
we would on last week's Callisto call.  We wanted to do an RC8 for
this, but it took a little longer than planned.  We'll have it a bit
later this afternoon.  This should not require anyone to rebuild,
but testing is always good.

I realize this is probably an inconvenience,
and I do apologize sincerely for it.
