Just to keep all informed, in checking
some corrupt mirror files, as listed in bug 131031,

Such as 
http://mirror.switch.ch/eclipse/callisto/releases/plugins/org.eclipse.gmf.map.edit_1.0.0.v200603031600.jar


I have found the mirrored files are
still corrupt. 

Hence, I'm going to "touch"
all the files, to force the mirrors to refresh ... even though we don't
plan to actively use the mirrors right now ... seems a good idea to see
if they refresh correctly.

(BTW, this is being done with webmaster's
advice and awareness :)
