[cosmos-dev] FW: Use cases for SDD editor eclipse plugin

Mark dug up a draft of the use cases we originally discussed for the SDD editor Eclipse plug-in.  We ended up nixing the SDD editor for scoping purposes so these use cases need a lot of additional work, but let's refer to these during this planning iteration as a point of reference.
