[cosmos-dev] New community call time?

Hi folks,

I've had requests to consider moving the community call time up one hour to 9AM ET on Wednesday's.  This will be more friendly to those outside of the US and also works better for a couple of key US participants.

Please let me know *this week* if you have any objections to moving the call time and if not we will start with the new time *next week*.
