[cosmos-dev] SDD example for topology discussion 
Hi all,

In prep for the Thursday discussion, I have the start of the following wiki page with snippets taken from an actual SDD that will help shape the discussion.  In particular the focus of the discussion will be on how variables defined in topology are handled in our  variable and requirement resolvers.

I'll add some accompanying talking points to this page tomorrow.
