[cosmos-dev] FYI: COSMOS 1.0 Release Review - we're good to go!

Everyone,

We are cleared to release on Nov 14th!
We still need to clean up the web site some, and get the official "Download
COSMOS 1.0 now" page up, but we are good to go! Let's cross those
last "T"s and dot the last "i"s and give ourselves
a big pat on the back!
