Saurabh,

The test pass reports are incomplete.
 It looks like most of the tests were not run at all.  I thought
that most of them were being automated by the build?  Or at least
we had someone running AllTests before for each test plugin and the results
were showing up in the testpass report.  Look at the testpass report
for an earlier iteration stable build, such as i11, and you will see roughly
the number of tests that should be appearing in the report.
