[cosmos-dev] Dojo Finally Approved!!!

Hi All,

It's been a long process but the distibution of Dojo 1.1.0 specified in the ipzilla(https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=2026) is finally approved!!!

The next step is to contribute this code to orbit as I outlined in bug 246855 (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=246855)

Here are the list of bugs affected by this change:

246399 Build changes when dojo 1.1.0 is approved
246868 Update the MDR toolkit to use the new DOJO zip
246855 Create a DOJO zip containing just the files that COSMOS h...
240382 Update install guide for new version of Dojo
246396 Web UI properties in MDR toolkit refers to Dojo 1.0 libra...

I suggest these bugs get fixed in i14.
