Thank you, latest i13 build (COSMOS-1.0.0-200808281255) seems to be
good, as most of the issues found to be working fine.

	[Bug 245374] Problems with CMDB Graph Response Report    -
Verified, working fine

	[Bug 245369] Problem with CMDBfQueryBuilder -
this.contextMenuFactory is null - Verified, working fine.
*	
	[Bug 242688] Under IE, refreshing COSMOS UI produces - Multiple
Loading DataManagers icon - Verified, working fine
*	
	[Bug 244689] Resource Repository - Problem with precanned query
- "Operating System of a Computer" - Still not working, seems fix is not
available in this build

Note: For CMDB Graph Response Report, we need to use BIRT 2.3.0 (
http://download.eclipse.org/birt/downloads/drops/R-R1-2_3_0-200806191030
/birt-runtime-2_3_0.zip) as it will not work correctly with BIRT 2.3M6.
