[cosmos-dev] HTML files for COSMOS docs

The HTML files for the COSMOS user documentation
have been checked into CVS.  The top level location for the docs is
org.eclipse.cosmos/doc.  More specific CVS info is provided in the
following locations:

http://wiki.eclipse.org/COSMOS_User%27s_Guide

Going forward, the HTML files are the
master source, so please modify those files directly when correcting the
documentation.  In the case of SML Tooling or MDR Toolkit documentation,
you will need to modify the copies found in help_files (for the help plug-ins)
in addition to the ones in html, as that information is duplicated.  A
future workitem would be to create an Ant script to auto copy files from
html to create help plugins, so that the information is single-sourced.
