[cosmos-dev] Reschedule the Summit

Hi folks,

I've gotten a couple of requests to
change the day or time of the Summit because some people can't be there
and they want to attend. As a result, I propose to move the Summit to Friday
next week. I realize that means that we're starting i13 without an official
plan but I'd like the posted tentative i13 plan to be followed until the
Summit.

Can Data Collection (Jimmy) and Data
Visualization (Sheldon) please update this i13 plan with their bugzillas,
please?
