[cosmos-dev] COSMOS UI now uses Dojo 1.1.0

I update the COSMOS UI code to use Dojo 1.1.0.

The next build will require Dojo 1.1.0.

For testing purposes we should use the Dojo 1.1.0 distribution specified in the ipzilla (https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=2026)

There are currently two problems that I am looking into:

1. Tree nodes can not be deleted
2. The query builder does not display the query node.

Other than that everything should work as normal.  

I opened bug 240378  (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=240378) to change the build page to specific dojo 1.1.0
