[cosmos-dev] FYI: COMSOS is cleaning up its committer list

Hi everyone,

We are cleaning up the committer lists
for COSMOS. This is the process that COSMOS will follow to clean up its
list:

1. The Project Lead (Mark Weitzel) sends
an email to committers who have been quiet lately, for example, not attending
meetings, not checking in code, etc. Committers who are known to be active
will not see this email.
2. In the email Mark requests a response
from the committers either identifying what they will be working on and
when so that they can be added to a future COSMOS plan, or if they plan
to resign their committer status.
3. Those people who respond by the due
date in the email will retain their committer status if they are going
to become active again, and those who resign or who do not respond by the
date will have their committer status removed.

The email will be sent by Mark soon.
