Also, it would be nice if the copyright
violation list was sorted by plugin name.  As it is, it's hard to
locate problems related to the plugins owned by individual developers or
teams.

Hi Jagmit, 

I have questions about the MissingAbout.html. 

1. Can you provide the requirements regarding about.html? What need to
be put in each project? And how to do that? Can you document the requirements?

2. I see you listed jar files that are not plugins in the list. Do they
need about.html? How should they be packaged?
For example: 
cmdbf-ws.jar [cosmos-demo\cosmos-demo\cosmos-client\lib]
CMDBfCommon.jar [cosmos-demo\cosmos-demo\cosmos-client\lib]
CMDBfMetadata.jar [cosmos-demo\cosmos-demo\cosmos-client\lib]
CMDBfQueryService.jar [cosmos-demo\cosmos-demo\cosmos-client\lib]
CMDBfQueryTransformation.jar [cosmos-demo\cosmos-demo\cosmos-client\lib]
CMDBfRegistrationService.jar [cosmos-demo\cosmos-demo\cosmos-client\lib]
CMDBfRegistrationTransformation.jar [cosmos-demo\cosmos-demo\cosmos-client\lib]

3. Can the build team fix all about.html related problems? I think it can
be done more consistently by handling them together. Also, files like build.properties
need to be changed to pick up the about.html in the build. 

4. There are many duplicates in the list. Can you remove the duplicateds?

It list the plugins with BadorMissingCopyright and MissingAbout.html respectively.

Developers please fix the BadorMissingCopyright and missingAbout.html in
there respective plugins.
