[cosmos-dev] Status of Iteration 10 Driver

Team,

Since we are still working on several
build changes for i10, we are not ready to declare the iteration candidate
build today.  I propose that we take 10 minutes at the beginning of
the architecture call to checkpoint on where we are and establish a new
target for the iteration driver candidate.  I ask that all parties
involved in the changes (mainly detailed in 224610)
attend the first 10 minutes of tomorrow's call.
