[cosmos-dev] Vote for Committer status for Leonard Richardson has started

This automatically generated message signals that Jimmy Mohsin has
nominated Leonard Richardson as a Committer on the technology.cosmos
project. The reason given is as follows:
Leonard has worked in both the RE and Development aspects of COSMOS 1.0.
He had significant involvement in i9 development, and this continues in
i10.
Len is also expected to contribute towards some of the early adoption use
cases post i10.
The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded. The voting will continue
until either all 20 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Leonard Richardson must receive at least three +1s and no -1s
for a successful election.

portal page (do NOT just reply to this email; your vote will not be
