Since we are doing a respin of the build I would like to request that the
following defect to be considerd for PMC appoval to get into the next
build.

220220 The localname and namespace on property value elements are cached in
Query Builder

The localname and namespace on property value elements are duplicated when
creating multiple property value elements.  It seems that the namespace and
localname value is cached when creating property value elements.  This is
also true for the xpath dialect attribute.

As a result the user can not create multiple property value or xpath
expressions using the query builder.

There is no current work around.

I havea fix in hand that is a 2 line change and it is low impact.
