This bug was found after the checkpoint
meeting this morning.  It is about a missing jar file in the Example
MDR lib directory.  It is a low risk change and is important to fix
because it cause a query packaged with the demo to fail.

The example MDR is missing a jar file in the lib directory.  It is
required
when executing a query has an unsupport handler.  The missing jar
is causing
problem with executing the teaches-relationship query that is packaged
with the
demo.  So I'm making it a blocker.  The fix is low risk.  It's
require adding
one line in the ant script.
