Testers might want to get prereq packages using the steps on the following link.  I have linked the TPTP all in one package, which will give you the TPTP support needed to run the Junits and manual tests.

Eclipse SDK 3.3..1.1 link is working ok.
I just checked, may be it was broken yesterday.  Also like to know, weather
I should point to eclipse 3.4, as we have moved up the build dependency to
eclipse 3.4.

When I clicked on the "Eclipse SDK 3.3.1.1 " link, I see the following
text:

Network Error (dns_unresolved_hostname)
Your requested host "fullmoon.torolab.ibm.com" could not be resolved by
DNS.
