[cosmos-dev] ERROR on download page: COSMOS i9 weekly candidate driver (Feb 12th)

When I clicked on the "Eclipse SDK 3.3.1.1 " link, I see the following text:
Network Error (dns_unresolved_hostname)
Your requested host "fullmoon.torolab.ibm.com" could not be resolved by DNS.
For assistance, contact your network support team.
