I started a new page for M2 dependencies.
 Please take a look at this b/c we need to drive our testing matrix
from here.
When I get a chance, I'll break these
down into the individual parts.  If you scale the picture down, it
becomes un-readable.

Thanks for the response... I did see this page as part of my search; but
saw it as a blank page... The entire contents are below the left navigation
bar and are not visible unless you scroll down...

I assume you own the picture on this page? Can you restructure the picture
it so that the content shows up ? I tried to edit the page itself; but
this seems to be an issue due to the width of the picture. 
Question:  Is it safe to assume that this is FINAL authority on the
totality of the runtime environments for i8 / i9 (i.e. M2)?  Or do
you see this change?
As an example of difference, please note that this page only lists RH Linux
and Windows XP; whereas the OS list in bugzilla is MUCH larger.... And
MANY ERs have "All" in the OS field.  Given this, which
is the final authority?  This dependency page or the OS dropdown list
in bugzilla?

We need to know the complete runtime picture to nail down our i8 / i9 testing
scope.

Is there a Wiki page that is the final AUTHORITY on the TOTALITY of the
runtime environments that need to be supported for COSMOS M2 & beyond?
 Or
is this question answered by the choices that appear in the Platform /
OS
dropdowns when creating an ER?

There is a reference on http://wiki.eclipse.org/Glossary
as well; at least
for the DC runtime, but there is no info there?
