[cosmos-dev] Bugzilla cleanup

Team,

There are a ton of defects and enhancements
that are in RESOLVED-FIXED status in the list of COSMOS bugs.  I have
quite a few of them myself.  Perhaps as a cleanup activity as we enter
i8, we can go through and mark those that have long ago been verified to
be the correct fix as CLOSED.  This would allow us to make targeted
bugzilla queries that filter out the noise of defects fixed iterations
ago.
