There will be a meeting on Thursday
(Nov 15) 9-11 am on the topic of programming model for the data collection
framework.  

Agenda:
1. a demo of existing code
2. walk through the code to explain
how to extend the framework
3. discuss enhancements to be implemented
in the domain, broker, and MDR framework
4. work division
