technology.cosmos Committers,
The PMC has approved the vote for Balan Subramanian 's full Committer
status on the technology.cosmos project. The next step is for the project
lead to return to the portal and fill in the CVS package and employer
information for Balan Subramanian .

The PMC's comments were: Great election! Almost everyone voted - that's an
active committer population.
